Select Drill Variables
When using the Going Deeper tool, you will first select "Drill Variables". These variables determine the type of information you will receive. A separate table will be created for each drill variable you choose. The order in which the Drill Vairables are selected determines the order that the tables will be returned to your screen.
For example, if you choose "Fiscal Year" first, and "Agency" second, then the first table produced will begin with one row of data for each year. After selecting a year, you will then be given a table with one row of data for each agency, and so on. In this way you can "drill down" into smaller and smaller groups of data until you get to the individual records. (more help on drill variables)
