TRAC ANALYZER allows the user to undertake your own tailor-made analysis. Two-steps are involved:Often the information you desire is available on TRAC Express or Going Deeper. Because these tools provide quicker results, and are generally easier to use than TRAC Analyzer, we recommend trying them first before turning to Analyzer.
- Use the "data" menu to create your own data slice about a selected subject like a particular city or place, or by a specific federal office or occupation. The data slice is saved in your personal weblocker.
- Use the remaining menus -- list, explore, focus, rank, compare -- to carry out detailed analyses on your data slice.
